We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we always try to ensure your complete satisfaction.

As all of our products are personalised and made to order we cannot offer exchanges/refunds for a product you have purchased. Therefore, please ensure that you have the selected the CORRECT SIZE, AND ALL SPELLINGS ARE CORRECT FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS when ordering. Our size chart and sizing page in the footer gives you information about the sizing and fit of the tops.

If in doubt about a size, go for a size larger.

If we feel that a spelling looks odd whilst making your order, we will question this with you, but we will not accept responsibility for miss-spellings - we get a lot of things spelt odd which we have questionned to be told that's what is wanted. It's very hard for us to tell so it is crucial you double check.  Once your order was placed you would have received an email with all of the colours, sizes and details of your order. 

Returns will only be accepted for an UNWORN faulty top, and when we accept a return due to an error on our part, then we will reimburse you for the total postage paid to get it back to us. We will usually request postage to be returned 2nd class recorded. If you want to return on a more expensive postage, then we wont pay more than what we've requested.

If you have an order for a few tops, and one is faulty when you received them, we will replace this top immediately.

If we accept to do a replacement, we cannot change the colours or font to what you have requested in the original order.  We are happy to do mock up images prior to ordering, and advise on colours and fonts before purchase.

Due to hen and holiday T-shirts generally only being worn once, we have a strict no returns policy, so people cannot send them back after being worn for the hen party/holiday. If items have been damaged whilst being worn, we will not accept the top back.
