Making a purchase

We have made sure that the process of purchasing T-shirts is as easy as possible. All the details you want on your t-shirts can be input through our checkout system. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy. From here, you can select quantity, sizes, nicknames and more. The price will be calculated according to the quantity and any extras you have requested, and once you have completed your order, click to go through to the shopping cart. You can view your cart at any time to review your purchases, which will show you the names and sizes.

Currently, we only accept orders from the UK. If you would like an over sea’s order, please email us and I’m sure we will be able to accommodate. We are currently only accepting online payments through Paypal. We will however accept payments via cheque, postal order and cash on collection.

We at Holiday Hens design and print the T-shirts ourselves, so there should not be a reason for us not being able to complete your order. If for some reason we cannot create a t-shirt which you have paid for within 10 days, you will be offered a full refund, or the option of a slightly different design at a discounted cost. This will be fed back to you as soon as possible to ensure you can make other arrangements or check that the new order would be ok.

 

Shipping / Delivery And Handling

Orders are £2.95. Orders are generally sent through Royal Mail. If your order cost over £20.00, it will be sent recorded delivery. If an item does not arrive, we will not issue a refund, but send out identical products to the ones originally ordered.

You should expect your delivery 10 working days after purchase. We do however aim to have your order with you earlier than this. If your order cannot be sent out within this time, we will issue you with a partial refund of 20%. If we sent the order out within this time and the delay is with the royal mail, we cannot take responsibility for this. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Guarantee / Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and always try to ensure your complete satisfaction. As all our products are personalised and made to order we cannot offer exchanges/refunds for a product you have requested. Therefore, please ensure that you have the selected the CORRECT SIZE, AND ALL SPELLINGS ARE CORRECT FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS when ordering. If in doubt about a size, go for a size larger. We will not accept responsibility for miss-spellings. If we feel that a spelling looks odd whilst making your order, we will question this with you. Returns will only be accepted for an UNWORN faulty top. If you have an order for a few tops, and one is faulty when you received them, we will replace this top immediately. Due to hen and holiday T-shirts generally only being worn once, we have a strict no returns policy, so people cannot send them back after being worn for the hen party/holiday. If items have been damaged whilst being worn, we will not accept the top back.

Holiday Hen does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart while you shop.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

We keep your contact details for our own records only. We may contact you periodically with any special offers or promotions.
